Applewood Christmas Ornament:

I received a large chunk of applewood from a woodturner from North Carolina. This friend often brings me choice woods that I might never see otherwise. The beautiful striping of this applewood immediately suggested an ornament.

When I finished turning this ornament, I didn't like the top. I looked at it for a while. Then I managed to get it back on the lathe and changed the top entirely.
