How to order

• Secure PayPal shopping cart - for credit card and e-check orders. You don't have to register with PayPal to use this service.
   

• OR - Call me with your order at 706-754-6509. Then you can pay by check or credit card. (To pay by credit card, I'll send you a PayPal invoice.)
   

• OR - Email your order. Please DO NOT include any credit card information in your email. Then I'll email you a PayPal invoice that will let you enter your credit card information securely. Or you can send me a check.

PayPal is a secure way to pay, and you'll receive your order fastest this way. It's fine to pay by check instead, but your order won't be shipped till your check clears my bank.

Use any ordering method that's comfortable for you. Let me know if you have questions or concerns.

Shipping

I usually ship your order by USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. If you need a different shipping method, please email me to arrange it.

The following shipping charges will be added to your order when you check out. If you order by phone or email, I'll add these to your item total. If there's a problem with the amount the shopping cart adds, I'll send you a refund or ask you for the difference. (My web designer is still figuring out how to do the shipping.)

Shipping for very small items like toothpick holders, bottle stoppers, and pendulums:

$6 including insurance - for up to 4 ordered at once.

To persuade the shopping cart to charge only $6, you will need to use the shipping discount button to subtract the extra shipping for the second, third, or fourth small items in your order. I apologize for the inconvenience. It's the only way my web designer has been able to get the shopping cart to charge you this small an amount.

GA Sales Tax

If you're a Georgia resident, 7% sales tax will be calculated automatically when you check out.

International Orders

Please email me to arrange shipping on international orders. I'll probably send your order by USPS Global Express. You can get an idea of the costs ahead of time using the USPS International Calculator. (This link opens in a new window.)

This currency converter opens in new window enables you to convert my US dollar prices into another currency. You'll need to pay in US dollars, but at least this way you'll know your cost. PayPal or Western Union payments are good for international orders.

If for any reason you're not delighted with your order, let me know right away. I'll help you arrange to return it for a refund. Please contact me within 7 days of the day you receive your order.

• Of course, if I sent you the wrong item, or there's something wrong with it, I'll refund your shipping charges both ways.
   

• If the order is damaged in shipment, please let me know the same day you receive it, so we can file a claim.
   

• If you just don't like the order as much as you expected, I'll be glad to refund the full price, just not the shipping costs.
