Ash Bowl - Turned Designer Wooden Bowl:

I started out to turn a potpourri bowl from this piece of ash wood. I intended to fit a metal potpourri cover onto it. However, like many of my pieces, it had a mind of its own. I watched, fascinated, as my tool shaped the rim. No cover for this bowl! It wanted to be a nut bowl. Of course, you can put in it what you like!
